Kripalu Yoga instructor MaryAnn Napoletano leads an engaging class suitable for those interested in a yoga practice that is easy to follow...yet still challenging without being overpowering or too intense. Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. The camaraderie of the participants lends itself to an enriching, supportive environment for you to discover the innate benefits of movement through the practice of yoga.
